"Price & delivery were good. But the product did not perform as described. Tried to return the as new unit after only a few days and was told by Carl there would be a 15% restocking fee of $65. Not very buyer friendly. And I was a return buyer and have never returned anything before.
UPDATE: Rebecca to the rescue! Gigaparts/Rebecca has graciously accepted the return w/o penalty. I will be back & buy a Gigaparts again! - Bob "
