"I know it's not their fault but they sell it. It does load on four of the machines I have that run anything between XP, Vista, and Win7. All OS's come up with the same error. None of them detect the radio on the Serial (USB) port. Therefore you cannot load the program. I am very disappointed!! I'm using an Icom PCR-1000 that it says it will work with. JUNK!!!"
