"I wish that Gigaparts had suggested that I purchase the software and programming cable when I ordered the Yaesu FT8900R. However, they didn't. I checked at RT Systems for these products, but they were quite expensive, and the added shipping made me think twice before ordering from them. I checked GigaParts, and the same product was much cheeper, but the shipping was outrageous. The saleslady lowered the shipping charge down a couple of bucks, which made it a better deal than RT Systems, when I said I needed to do some comparative shopping before ordering. Now, if RT Systems had offered free shipping, I would have ordered the products directly from them!"

"My last two orders have one or more items on backorder, they never send you an email or phone call to let you know that the order is held up.
On a back order, The complete order is held up, so the other 90% of the order is also held up. At least the web site should show you the idem may never show up.
I have one order held up for 2 months now. Will contact me and find out what is missing and cancell the two orders I have on Backorder."
