"I ordered some accessories from Subaru.com and had them delivered to the dealership so that I could meet the folks there and ask questions about some other accessories I might like to buy. One of the accessories, a third party accessory, could have easily been bought at another store. It was on the website though so I added it to my order. Because the part was back ordered with no predicted restock date, they refunded the amount of that part, rather than have me wait for an unknown amount of time for it. Grateful for this. I would have waited and gone without until the accessory arrived. Instead, I drove 10 minutes North, picked up that accessory at a national computer/tech chain store and am using it now.
I also want to give a shout out to the service department for rushing an accessory order after I asked the person who sold me my car about it. They told him that if I placed the order online before a certain time, the part would be there that afternoon. So when I came to pick up the car later that day, the accessory was already installed in my car."
