"I order glasses on October 7. After nagging them about the order for 2 months I finally received them on Dec. 6th. Though they had promised to upgrade the shipping to free Express Mail to compensate for the delay, that did not happen. The glasses look OK, however the left eye lens is not correcting my vision as it should. I bought these glasses as a back up to a pair I already had. I can compare the vision correction between the 2, and clearly the left lens on the pair from GlassesShop is not correct. I am very unhappy with the service, communication, shipping time, and product quality. I recommend avoiding this company and looking to buy your glasses elsewhere. "

"I just received my glasses that I ordered from glassesshop yesterday in the mail and for the price they were exactly how I expected them to be. They're very sturdy for 20 dollar frames and for the price I paid it was well worth the wait. I can't say much on lenses since I accidentally put my prescription in wrong but Walmart can put lenses in for 10 dollars so it's still not a big deal to me even if I have to wait a little longer to be able to wear them. Overall I paid 30 dollars for one pair of glasses, no where can beat a price like that! Customer service when I contacted them got back to me within the hour (which was about 2am eastern time) so I'm not sure where exactly their customer service is located but my glasses were shipped from California. They shipped through FedEx which can be slow on its own so they should consider another shipping provider but that's my true complaint with them. Regardless I had no big problems like everyone else with them other then putting my prescription in wrong. I'm going to try them again this time triple checking my prescription to make sure to see how lenses go for me. "

"I ordered glasses from GlassesShop.com a couple weeks ago and when I finally recieved them they were so blurry I could't even see through them. I checked the perscription on the box and it said it was correct but boy they didn't grind them right or something. I sent them back (with tracking) for a refund. Then they say they never recieved them so I sent them the tracking info and then they only refunded me 50 percent of what I paid minus shipping!! What a ripoff! I don't mind paying shipping but this was clearly not my fault. Don't order from here, they have poor customer service buyer beware!!"

"I ordered two pair of glasses from GlassesShop, one for me and one for my wife. The shipment arrived promptly, but when I opened the packages, my wife's pair was correct but mine was completely wrong. I had ordered a conservative black frame, and what I received was quite different. The frames were huge, black on the sides and white on the front. The lenses were tinted blue, and the prescription wasn't even close to what I had ordered. I would classify them as clown glasses. When I informed GlassesShop of the error, they asked me to take a picture of the glasses and include the picture in an email them to prove that they were incorrect. I did so, and I received an email apology from them stating that I could get a refund. I said yes to the refund and then they said that they would refund me $24, however,I had paid close to $90 for the glasses. Not cool! Buyer beware!!!"

"On March 6th I ordered two pairs of very unique, quirky prescription glasses. They have just arrived, and I am very elated.

After reading some of the not-so-happy ratings from other customers, I decided to take a chance anyway, because both the pricing and frames were TOO AWESOME to pass up.

The glasses are perfect! The quality is NO DIFFERENT from the $400 pair I recently purchased locally, and FAR BETTER than the spare pair they sold me for $100. Thanks to GlassesShop, I now have two pairs of the most unique glasses I could find for 1/7th the price.

They came packaged in sturdy boxes, in less than three weeks...less than a week longer than the store in my own neighborhood. Yet, it might have been sooner, had they not had to clarify the PD on my prescription, which seemed too wide.

If you like the idea of using eyeglasses as a fashion statement, at these prices, you can't go wrong. Their quality, value, and, choice of frames are amazing. Their sales are worth following on a regular basis.

"I ordered a pair of glasses through a special offer and Brads Deals and upgraded to better lenses. I had to send two emails to inquiry on when I would receive an update on their production and shipping. It took them days to respond. Nearly 3 weeks later I received them and the frame was severly bent at the bridge. It took them 3 days to respond to my emails and when they did they offered the same fram in two different colors as mine was not in stock. This was not accpetable and I again emailed to inquire on their return policy of 5 days and when they might have my frame in stock. WHat I received back was an offer of a $10 credit. Not acceptable. Not even one apology this whole time. I question where they are located."

"Ordered sunglasses from GlassesShop. I was extremely specific about the frames I ordered. I even emailed them a screen shot of the sunglasses I wanted right from their web site. I INCLUDED THE SKU NUMBER IN MY EMAIL. The order came and they were the wrong glasses. The box had the correct SKU number printed on it, but the sunglasses in the box were wrong.

Now they're asking me if I would be willing to accept the wrong glasses and they will refund my shipping cost. Unbelieveable! I hate the frames they sent me. No where near what I wanted or ordered. I'll never do business with them again. Buyer beware."
