"I just want to share my experience. I ordered a glasses from glassesshop.com, but I wait for a long time without delivery. I tracked the order on USPS.com, but it show status stocked at USPS facility for a week. I called customer service, and they replied me politely. The representative told me that the package may be lost, and they can reordered for me. I cannot believe they resend another pair of glasses to me. I was very satisfied by their service."

"This was my second order. I ordered the AnnArbor Round - Tortoise, progressive + 1.67 Ultra Thin Lens with No Line + UV Coating + Anti-scratch Coating + Super Hydrophobic. After the discount my price was $108.36. That is, of course, a crazy price. They came today. I put them on and they're perfect. My main concern was that the weak point would be where the end piece, hinge and temple meet. That's not a problem These are solid glasses.

My first pair of glasses were Naples Wayfarer, order no ***-***-****. They had everything these glasses have but, were tinted for sunglasses. I love both pair of glasses.

The thing I have got to ding GlassesShop for is a procedural problem. They create their first class postage labels with Endicia. If they have the appropriate membership then GlassesShop can print a scan form for the post office to scan when picking up the shipments. That will get the tracking information into the post office system.

Here's what happened. The first pair of glasses arrived in four days. HOWEVER, check the tracking information 9400110200881481556476. the number was scanned when the label was created BUT, not when the shipment was picked up and accepted by the post office. 4 days isn't bad for first class delivery. I could handle that.

The second shipment, 9400115901569071010436, is the one I'm highly irritated with. The label was created on March 6th. There wasn't ANY update on this shipment until 8 days later! I started freaking out and emailing customer service. They suggested I contact the post office for more information. That's insulting. I already know the post office won't claim responsibility for anything unless it is scanned into the system. The fact that a label was created means NOTHING to the post office.

GlassesShop needs to get their act together on the shipping. The glasses and prescriptions themselves are awesome. The cheapest pair of no-line progressive, 1.67 lens, glasses I've ever ordered.

Update: They responded in a condescending manner when they found that the tracking number had finally been scanned but, the post office couldn't deliver it because the business was closed. PEOPLE! This took EIGHT DAYS to get scanned! Fix this!

"First time ordering glasses online and this was a success. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for affordable quality glasses. I honestly cannot understand how they received negative reviews (the only bad thing is the wait time, it took about 15-20 days however its well worth it). If you have the right prescription and PD you will have no problems with your order. Will definitely order again, Thanks. "

"STAY AWAY!
Please do not be those type of people that takes chances.
This has been a nightmare!
I bought two pairs of glasses from the on the last month and waited nearly 3 weeks to get them (which is what they said it can take as long as) I called and called and called and the same b.s. voice mail. So I emailed. Stupid chinese based company responded in broken english with an automated email ( I know that because I emailed them twice and got the same reply that it was shipped out).
Stay away!
They are liars. Thieve.

"Ridiculous. I still have not received my order and I placed it on February 1st. After about 2 weeks, I sent an email asking where they are and I got one back saying that they will email me a tracking number in 4-8 business days.... 9 have passed.

1. I still have not received a tracking number.
2. The status of my order still says that it is processing.
3. They should change their shipping information to "Bruh, it gets to you whenever it gets to you. Don't contact us. We'll contact you.... one day."
4. I have been bamboozled.

Then they sent me a 20% off of my next order email. I am already enraged with the first order that has not arrived yet... Why exactly would I put myself through it again?

No doubt, the price of the glasses are perfect but I still can't speak on the quality SINCE THEY STILL AREN'T HERE! So far, the time it is taking for the glasses to get here doesn't seem like it's quite worth it. You almost feel hopeless that they just won't get here and you got robbed by the end of the month.

If they ever get here, in order for me to have a change of heart about this company, these glasses better look like God (or whomever you believe in) waxed my eyebrows himself!, Gwyneth Paltrow got a nose job because she wanted it to be like mine, Beyonce's make up artist gets tips from my face!, and they give me the ability to look through walls.

With that being said, good luck ordering from this company because obviously I will never recommend it. The waiting and lack of updates is not worth it.

BTW, I called about 5 times and they never answer, you go straight to voicemail and they didn't respond to mine. They'll respond to an email once the sun rises on the other side of the world.

"I placed an order for glasses on 1/31/2015. Finally on 2/20/2015 I received an email informing me that my glasses were shipped. THis morning I checked usps tracking and they say that my order has never left glasses shop only that a label was created. So now after 28 days in their system I have no glasses and have no idea where the heck they are at this point. Fortunately I can file a claim with Paypal and get my money refunded to me."

"My experience with GlassesShop started out very rocky...I said I would never...never order from their company again!! "I placed my order over two weeks ago. Five days ago my order was updated and a tracking number was created, but it never shipped. The USPS website just says a label was created. I keep checking and there is no shipping update. This is awful, the customer service rep I talked to told me to be more patient and ASSURED me it'd be received in a few days, but I have absolutely no package on my doorstep. I tried emailing them multiple times without any response, and the last time I emailed I got some mail delivery system failure. Looks like this is a lost cause. "

"I placed my order for a pair of glasses almost 10 days ago and my order is still "processing" and apparently has been for almost 6 days now. However I do find it ironic that it clearly states on THEIR WEBSITE that is only takes 3-4 days to process. I just think this is ridiculous and very unprofessional to state certain things on your own website and then it turn into something different!! It's also impossible to get in contact with their supposed "customer service department".
