Payment Processing is a MESS they Refuse to Fix!

"Not only was it damn near impossible to order Multiple dofferent Colors of Air Optix (because your site refuses to allow separate orders of the same Type of lense); but the Ridiculous site Refused to accept Any Valid credit card!! It Repeatedly said Declined, for 5 different Valid cards, when in fact None were ever Charged! Then even Paypal would not work in a web browser! I complained, and they gave Useless "fixes" that fixed Nothing, and they refuse to fix their Own Website! The ONLY payment option was finally Paypal - with the Same "declined" credit card!! Stop lying about taking credit cards when you Refuse to do so!!"

Horrid customer service

"I ordered glasses based on the advertisement turn times. Date came and went with no communication. Customer seems is all bots and you can’t get to a human without dealing with their AVR system. They took my money and my order and I eventually cancelled after multiple delays and no information or eta. Gross experience, total waste of time. "

Not happy with the only txt option

"Just needed to verify what size was sent, not sure why I would have ordered a small which were delivered and too small.

If they had been the medium size delivered a large would have been needed which is not an option for this frame.
Hopefully the Mediums fit better!

Never experience like this!

"I would rather give 1 star. Never experience like this, so hard to get my contact lens done, it's been 20 days. The other website just asked some number I, as a customer, can be flexible to type in. Very flexible, simple and very fast to get the contact lens delivered within 7d. For this website, everything must be official, must be up to date. I just want to order my stuff with the prescription I know. So took my 20 days, 10+ emails back and forth for communication and didn't get contact lens done, so hard and annoying process, waste time waste time. definitely will not use anymore."
