I called to request a refund for my express shipping, and the representative on the phone kept counting wrong and trying to tell me that the order wasn't late. Finally, when she saw it was indeed late, she kept asking "So you want your refund for only 1 day late?". She then told me they system won't let her refund the shipping. She laughed at the end of the call. The email and chat don't work."
