"I was very unhappy with the service I received buying this item from Glen's. I ordered it with 12 days to go before a big trip. I selected 6-10 shipping assuming that would be sufficient, even in the worst case scenario. However, my order took 9 days to process! It then took approximately 6 days on top of that to reach my house. A total of 15 days when I was promised 6-10. Long story short, I had to leave for my trip without receiving the item and now I have a useless bag waiting for me at home. It wasn't worth the few dollars I saved to buy from this retailer. Do not recommend unless you are buying something that you don't need for a while."
