"For a company that competes pretty aggressively on price, they exceeded my expectations with the quality of the frames and lenses. Moreover, they really went the extra mile as well as far as the small details, including a decent case as well as spare nose pieces and a lens cloth.
This was a quality shopping experience all around, beginning with a well designed, easy to navigate web site, with neat features including a "virtual" ability to try on various frames, and also a well designed interface allowing me to search through a large selection of offerings and easily filter down the results to find what I really wanted.

"I've ordered 9 pair of glasses from this company and have been very satisfied with them. I have had one issue. Both times it was difficult to communicate that I wanted computer glasses with bifocals. They do not have an option for that and getting it across on the phone didn't work. Both orders 2008 and recently they sent me long distance glasses. Last time I ended up with a pair of glasses I didn't need because I didn't want to bother returning them.
