"I am absolutely dissatisfied with the shipping process. I placed my order on 1/8/11. Still have yet to receive it. I called and they said oh, it was ready to ship on the 14th but someone must of made a mistake and not shipped it. So they landed up shipping it on the 21st. Its the 24th now and the tracking number provided showed that it just left. WOW!!!! So it will take almost a month to get my eyeglasses. I dont even know the quality because I have yet to receive the prescription pairs. My first order with them was for 4 pairs. I think thats a good first order. The impression that this is giving me is not good. I already recommended a few people just for the price alone. Now after I tell them they have to wait almost a month, then they might not go to them. I lost a week in shipping because someone dropped the ball. When I called customer service they said sorry theyll ship. Didnt offer express shipping, or any sort of discount at all for the loss of 7 days because of their error. I was really excited to get the glasses....i guess itll be another week before I get them.
