"I am very dissatisfied with global eyeglasses, they may respond to emails quickly but depending on who you get, info is not factual and misleading. I had one rep. just trying to get his rating to a 5 by making promises he could not deliver. I placed my order on 6/25 and it is 7/11 and I still don't have my glasses. Their website says 70-80% of their orders go out in 3 days, well I did not have a complex Rx and I am still waiting I have ordered from another eyeglass site online and I will be returning to that one.
