I was prepared for the glasses to take a while to arrive (2+ weeks), but I wasn't prepared for the lack of customer service afterwards. Less than 3 months later, a portion of black finish spalled off of my metal frames (very unsightly!). When I tried to contact GlobalEyeglasses, the response was that my 30-day warranty period had expired. Consequently, I asked to speak with "Michael," their elusive supervisor, who hasn't returned my call, now a week since I first was told that he would return my call "in 2 hours." I have called them no fewer than 4 times now and still do not have a resolution. I'd stay away from this business."

"Excellent experience. I had a bit of trouble with measuring the pupil distance. Also, I would have appreciated a bit more help and information in choosing the lens type as I realized the lens that I selected has quite a bit of distortion compared to my previous. After reading on the subject, I understood that the type of lens makes a difference in this. I also need a bit of help in adjusting the glasses to my face. No face is exactly symmetrical so you have to bend and tweak your glasses so they fit straight. I'm still fiddling with this part. In the end, you have to spend a bit more time documenting yourself when you purchase anything online. So maybe I didn't read enough on the subject. Other than that, the glasses are great, the price is certainly excellent and it took less time to get them than when I purchased my last pair at my local store. I'm planning on purchasing another pair shortly."

"I am very sorry to report that after the Extremely long wait we were very disappointed in the merchandise received! The glasses were not like those we saw online and are disappointed your glasses available for kids have cartoon characters on the ear pieces?! This may be appropriate for 4-5 yr olds but not older kids with smaller faces. In addition ,we experienced a long wait time even after being assured they would rush these. In the future I doubt we will be ordering from your company.
