So let's talk their games and pricing.
They have multiple copies but the way they sell them, looks to be as if they're in a queue. So whoever submitted the game first, gets theirs sold first, then that copy gets taken down and moves on to the next one, which is a different freaking price.
I just bought ...... over a week ago ....just bought Monster Hunter 4 for 16ish dollars after shipping. Friend goes to buy it and says it's 8 dollars. Literally half the price. So I would have bought that one first IF IT WAS AN OPTION! Could have got a copy for half the price but nope, they don't allow you to do that.
Was the price I paid fair? Ya, but had I known the shipping is as what I'm about to type, I would have spent the extra 2 bucks and got it from Amazon. Curiosity on the site got to me.
Shipping. Our current presidential race is less of a joke than their shipping method. You put a game on their site, and instead of the seller just taking care of the shipping, Glyde steps in and send them a kit. Sounds cool right? Wrong. Horribly wrong, because instead of doing it the right way, these brain dead morons wait until AFTER the game is sold to send them the kit. Which they use the slowest possible way to get it to them. Took my seller 6......effing....days to get the shipping kit. It's a game, in a case, just put the damn thing in an envelope and send it to me FFS.
I bought this game on the 23rd. It is now currently the 31st and my game still hasn't shipped. Apparently the seller just got the kit Friday, which still should have shipped the damn thing.
Supposedly I'm supposed to get the game by the 1st-3rd of August. It's now the 31st and unless it's overnighted. It won't be the 1st. 5 dollar shipping? Well it's not going to be the 2nd either. At this rate, I'll be lucky if I even get it on the 3rd."

"I tried to buy a used ipod for my daughter off glyde and received an response that my credit card could not be confirmed and that my transaction was cancelled. My credit card is fine, I bought something the same day on another site. The transaction also appeared on my credit card, so it's clearly a mess on on glyde's processing.
Of course I understand they have tighter security, and I'm sure we all appreciate it. I simply want to straighten out whatever error they have on my account and purchase something.
That seems to be impossible for glyde to handle.
I received an email with the problem about my credit card and glyde account. I sent an email asking what I should do and asked for a phone number to call and resolve right away. Two days later, I was told to log in and review my account details to update the information. No phone number was provided to call and handle this promptly. I logged in, but since my account was locked I was unable to get to my account details to update them on the site. I sent another email back with the screen shot of my problem. No response.
I started over again and sent an email asking what to do now. Two days later I received a very strange email asking for information about my credit card so they could confirm I was legitimate. (strangely, this email was sent at 11pm PDT Sunday evening. I feel like glyde customer service is something who does this in their spare time and logs on periodically in the evenings and weekends to respond) Questions like: What is the phone number on the back of the card? Who is the issuing bank? I responded that I was happy to help confirm that my information was not fraudulent, but I did not feel comfortable. providing details like they asked for in an email. Guess what? No response.
I am VERY uncomfortable that glyde has my credit card information and that I cannot access my account or speak with anyone. I feel like this is a scam and now I need to monitor my credit card for fraud.
Worst off, my daughter who has saved her money and worked hard for a long time is very disappointed. Glyde - if you're going to run an online business, let's get some basic customer service processes in place. "
