"I made an order for their “Christmas Sale” on dec 3,2019. Later went to check shipping since I never received notification of shipping.I emailed multiple times. They gave me a tracking number and the order is still in China!! When you call “customer care” number it literally says “goodbye” and hangs up on you. This is absolutely a scam and a fraudulent company as you can see from these reviews. I wish I checked the reviews first. If I don’t get a response by tomorrow I’m reporting the company and contacting my Credit Card company to charge it back! "Be warned, ordered some charms as a xmas gifts over 3 week ago, nothing received, no shipping dispatch or tracking, tried contacting them but no answer, started a dispute though Paypal, they ignored Paypal too, now escalated to a claim to get a refund. I am not impressed in the slightest, avoid Gnoce, their ads on Facebook and Instagram are very good but that is where the goodness ends, they are based in china not New York,
