"I made an order for their “Christmas Sale” on 12/13 and opted for the “expedited shipping” to be safe for Christmas delivery as this is a present for my wife. Later went to check shipping since I never received notification of shipping. Not available for my order #. Then I created official account to see what was going on and 9 days later it is still “processing” even though my payment was accepted 9 days ago.
Order # 300383824. Emailed them with no response and when you call “customer care” number it literally says “goodbye” and hangs up on you. This is absolutely a scam and a fraudulent company as you can see from these reviews. I wish I checked the reviews first. If I don’t get a response by tomorrow I’m reporting the company and contacting my Credit Card company to charge it back!

"I was told that due to the amount of my order that I would get expedited shipping. I should've received my order over a week or so ago. When you call the number ***-***-**** no representatives ever answer the phone! It then directs you to leave a voicemail; in which the voicemail is Always full. I also tried the live chat that is offered on their website and the rep that assisted me on the live chat basically had me waiting 30 min for a reply to my question and then she said that she will have it shipped and for me to just wait. I responded with questions and she never responded or came back to our chat!! I have sent numerous emails and still have not had a response!
