"I ordered form Gnoce last week, their website says 5-7 business days shipping order number 300385604. It says on your site that it has shipped but is in processing center. This is a Christmas gift that looks like it will not get there, your website says New York but it is coming from China. At checkout there was no place to pay for expedited shipping or I would have. Everything I ordered was in the Christmas sale. I have sent multiple emails tried to call many times and tried your live chat to no avail."
