"My experience with ACWholesalers.com (same company as GoDuctless.com) ranks as one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I ordered two metal air return filter grilles because this site had the lowest prices. The shipping carrier left the box in front of my garage door while I was out of town. When I returned home, I noticed the box was significantly damaged (had a huge hole in the cardboard). I opened the box and found that one of the grilles was dented and scratched. I immediately contacted customer support, but was told that since more than 48 hours had passed since delivery, there was nothing they would do. I explained that I had been out of town and was unable to receive the order personally, so I had been unable to examine the contents and provide feedback within the 48-hour window for returns. I emailed them and was told, quote:
Good Afternoon,
We do apologize for the inconvenience in you receiving a damaged product. Unfortunately the damages were reported after the 48 hour time frame stated on our website. We would not be able to proceed with a return for the damaged product. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be able to service you in the future.

They refused to acknowledge that they had packaged the grilles improperly (no padding, no bag, just threw them into a cardboard box) and that their carrier had damaged them. They refused to work with me on the 48-hour return window since I had been out of town.
I then tried calling customer service (all prior interactions were via email) and was placed with a very rude, condescending representative. He laughed, told me it was "too bad" and said he would sit there all day on the phone with me but was never going to give me a return authorization. I asked for a manager and he said "there's no manager here who is going to help you either." It was horrible.
I then contacted the Better Business Bureau, wrote a scathing review on their website, and then what do you know -- the next day I got a phone call from ACWholesalers apologizing for what had happened and offering to send out TWO replacement grilles (even though only one was damaged). They sent the grilles, packaged much more carefully this time. Ordinarily this would raise the company's merit in my eyes, but the hassle they caused me for three weeks can't be erased. I will never order from them again. You shouldn't, either.
One more thing: When I finally went to the BBB site, I noticed they had a D+ rating. So, in a way, it's my own fault for not checking the rating before ordering. Now, a year later, they have asked me to write this review. For fun, I went and checked their BBB rating and now it's down to F. Surprise surprise. Take your money elsewhere, people. "

Lied to repeatedly by customer service reps. Told that the part shipped when it did not, Around and around calling, each time put on hold, told that they would call me back, never did. Every time on the phone is a average 45 min of wasted time. Asked for a supervisor multiple times, they never would let me talk to anyone in charge."
