"I have ordered on 4 different occasions. I need all the items to match, so I'm stuck with this company. Every single time I have called I have to wait to talk with someone forever. At least 10 minutes before a real person answers. Then the run-a-round starts. They are so difficult at matching their own previous quotes. I had 3 orders total, I have had 3 late and difficult deliveries. Shipped to the wrong place. Multiple terrible experiences. And you will never get in touch with a manager, expect to wait hours to talk with them."

"This is for Order # A69862958. Product came damaged and had also been returned by another customer, and previously installed. After waiting for a representative for 25 minutes on the phone, I was told to send pictures and description of damage and someone would respond with 1-2 days. Still no call and I cannot finish my install. I sent the damage complaint to ****@**** as told. I probably will be stuck with an AC line set that will leak. I am so glad that I tried the company out with a small item instead of a large system order. From now on I will order from supplyhouse.com or my local distributor. All the negative comments I read about ACWholesalers online and with the Better Business Bureau are true I guess.

"Great prices but you're going to pay for it. Ordering was easy and the merchandise arrived on time. Unfortunately all 3 units I purchased required parts (1 had a bad fan bearing, 2 needed board upgrades per LG). hvacstores sent me to LG who quickly gave me part and case numbers and was told I had to go back through hvacstores. I sent these to hvacstores and then the waiting began. Long hold times every time I called (15 to 45 minutes each) resulting in "we're working on it." We're at 11 days with no parts in sight. hvacstores says the parts are unavailable from LG; LG says the parts are in stock. I kind of believe LG at this point. UPDATE: Got the parts however, due to poor packaging, two were damaged. It's another 2 weeks later and I still don't have them despite LG having them in stock. We're now at 6 weeks and counting."
