"A disaster from start to finish. My initial question was .... "does this unit require an outside source ?" Answer was "NO" ordered the units (2) and delivered them to the installer. He tore into the first unit and discovered just the opposite. This was a church, so the units have to be returned. That unit cannot be returned as the original box was destroyed. Ouch. "

Subseqent calls dumped me out of call tree with no answer by customer service. All calls required lengthy weight on hold, Advised via email on 6/29 that it shipped - awaiting delivery. Have purchased part through other vendor in te interrim for use and plan to keep this as spare, when it shows up."

"When I ordered it didn't show the item was back ordered. I ordered $175 worth and kept checking for delivery status and finally found out it wasn't in stock. When it finally was stocked I didn't receive anything for weeks. I ended up reordering it because it never showed up. I finally received first order and then a week later another order. I think it was close to 2 months from first order to receiveing. That's not good service in my world."

"I got the order however trying to call someone is very difficult. I had a question and it took 3 days to get someone on the phone. The phone system said they wer closed at this time pleas call back during Buisness houres but I was calling on a Tuesday at 11am. "

"i was on hold for 20 to 30 min. before anyone answered the phone. then they tried to say i didn't buy my unit from them.when i sent in documentation proof it took a month to get my part that was under warranty. i am still waiting for my money back that was charged to my credit card.i sent the old part back and paid shipping and handling and i am waiting to get credit back on my card for purchase of the part that is under warranty. what is going on with you guys . i would like to mention that i have purchased 3 different units from you and don't know if i would recommend you again unless this credit is taken care of soon ."
