"We chose this reseller due to the low price on froogle.com. Unfortunately the service was not quite up to par. While the website states that the item would be shipped in 2-3 days, we did not receive the item for about 2 weeks. When we finally did receive the item, it was a faulty unit. I'm fairly certain that Gogocity was not at fault for the bad unit, but I am certain that it has taken way too long for the replacement unit to come back. Nearly a month after the original purchase, the client who we ordered the part for is getting quite upset about the lack of a replacement. I had to call Gogocity twice before I got any indication that the unit would be shipped, and I was told that it would be shipped today. I actually was rudely spoken to by the lady who answered the phone at the number listed in the RMA email. Poor service all the way around."

"Ordered external hard drive on a Tuesday (after-hours); Order processed and shipped next day, and was delivered on Friday. Prompt service, no hassles. Shipping costs were reasonable (about $9) but became exorbitant (about $20) upon the addition of a small computer accessory to the shopping cart, which was removed and purchased elsewhere. Although the prices are some of the best I've seen, I would recommend this reseller for purchasing single items only - shipping costs will add up quickly!"
"I had ordered an item from here due to the slow response from another company. After discovering that my original order had been shipped I tried to cancel. The order had already been shipped and they said to refuse the order (good response), but I said it wasn't their fault for the order so I accepted it and returned on my own money. They received and gave a quick credit. Customer service was great in this instance and I would recommend them."
"I placed an order on Thursday with 2 day shipping, expecting to receive it Monday or Tuesday. Monday afternoon I get an email saing they're unable to bill my credit card. I sent them my billing address again, to which they replied they're unable to bill to that address nor ship to the address I asked, since the bank had neither of them on file. Since I use this card on a daily basis and have had no problems elsewhere, I didn't beleive their insistance othat it was the bank's problem. The problems here are threefold - first that that they took three days to bill the card, secondly the billing address was correct but they were unable to proceess, and third that they required the bank to verify the shipping address (in this case my workplace). I cancelled my order and bought the item elsewhere."
"Purchased a Retail CF card from gogocity on 4/7/2005 on the 8th the website stated that it had shipped but there was no tracking number. I contacted googcity by phone on monday to recieve tracking # and they told me they would call me/email me with it sometime that day, I wasnt contacted. Item recieved via USPS in bubble wrap envelope 4/12/05 as advertised. Overall the product was as described but it was retail boxed so i wasnt too worried about it, customer service didnt seem too organized. "

I asked for the substitution over the phone, assuming the support girl knew what she was doing. She didn't. Now GoGoCity is requiring me to go thru the regular RMA channel, including the restocking fee!"

"One of the three toner cartridges I ordered was dried out. I had placed the order in advance of needing it so by the time I used it it was over 30 days. They would not accept any return or give credit because of their policy. This does not seem reasonable and it is the reason why I will simply get my toner from Staples or Office Depot from now on. It's worth the extra."

"Ordered memory from them at the end of September. The memory didn't work - obtained an RMA, and sent the product back.
At the end of November, I checked to make sure they refunded my credit card - which they had not. After complaining via email and by phone, they finally performed the refund. It took two months, AND I was charged a restocking fee for a product that DID NOT WORK.
This company doesn't have a phone number, address or any contact information on their web site except an email web form.
I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from buying anything from this company, unless they want poor service and product that doesn't work."
