Glasses delivered, Prescription lenses NOT in frame,& lenses incorrect color (light grey).Co refuses to correct their mistake, when I disputed w/ credit card co, they sent me an email saying there's nothing wrong with glasses & they are sending them back. I sent them prev email I refuse to pay until the glass are what I ordered. Beautiful website, hiding thieves. Many complaints against them- believe them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. There is NO consideration for the customer. There return policy is such that they make over a 50 % profit if you return the glasses, even when they make the mistakes. "
"I recently purchased a pair of prescription eyeglasses and was very pleased at the quality of service,product and speedy delivery time! At first I was hesitant on buying prescription eyewear online just because a prescription was going to be involved and I thought that alot could go wrong. However after debating the savings of going with go-optic versus a store at the mall or doctors office, I took a chance and to my surprise it was quick,easy and the selection was better than anywhere else that i researched. Placed the order with my prescription on a monday and recieved the final product at my house on friday of the same week! The prescription was perfect and the quality was top notch! "This company shipped me a pair of scratched lenses that weren't thick enough to fit the semi rimless frames and weren't mounted properly. I had to pay for shipping to send them back as well as pay for new lenses. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. "

"This is really the worst kind of company because they lure you in with a well done, user friendly website that seemingly offers every pair of glasses under the sun, but once you have ordered, everything turns into a very dark internet nightmare. I bought a pair of glasses and was then sent an email that these glasses were out of stock in my size. They said they would be getting my size in a few weeks. I asked if I could try the larger size in the mean time and return them for the other size if they did not fit and they said that would be possible. However, after I bought the glasses they changed their website to list these glasses in only one size. When I returned the glasses they charged me a 15% restocking fee, even though they had told me I could return them for the other size, which they now no longer offered. When I called them on the phone they were rude, never called me back, and refused to refund my money. Please beware of this company. At best, they have no integrity or understanding of the value of building a longterm relationship with a customer and at worst their entire business model is bordering on criminal. Either way, what they do is clearly calculated and I am surprised they have not been shut down already. "

"I placed an order with go-optic.com on April 30, 2008 for a pair of D&G eyeglasses; they were $96.05 less than the retail store! The eyeglasses were shipped via FedEx on May 13, 2009 and I received my order on May 19, 2008. The eyeglasses were perfect in every way and I will definitely order from the company again.
After placing my order, I read some terrible reviews about go-optic.com. I was concerned that I would never receive a pair of glasses from them, that my glasses would deliberately have the wrong prescription, or that it would take months to receive my eyeglasses. Go-optic.com’s customer service quickly responded to my inquiry regarding these issues and assured me that my order was processing.
This is a reputable company and I would recommend them for great bargains, excellent customer service, ease of ordering, and fantastic designer eyeglass selection!

"The online process for ordering was quite user friendly & the prices competitive. My only caution is to be aware that with prescriptive lenses the shipment will require a signature upon delivery. Therefore you would want to select a shipment address where someone is available to sign, as they are not able to leave the package. We had to make an extra trip home from work, guessing at the delivery time in order to avoid having to travel 45 minutes to pick it up or have it returned. Otherwise, the glasses came in great shape & included a nice case & cleaning cloth."

"What a horrible experience. A terrible company to deal with.Shipping promised in 3-5 days. On day ten I asked what was going on. I was told "it's taking a little extra time". On day 18 after additional unreturned e-mails and the web site being frequently down, I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Two days later, without ever replying to my emails or sending a shipping notice, the product was delivered (not to me, ordered as a gift) and then I received a phone call threatening to send my account to "fraud investigation". I canceled the credit card dispute, since the item had eventually been made (and I pay for it if it actually gets sent). I cannot help but feel that it was only reversing the charge that prompted them to make the glasses at all. It took 20 days to deliver a pair of glasses promised in 4-7 days (including shipping time). Poor customer service all around. Never again."

"I should have had my head examined for dealing with this company. This has been the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had in all of my years of online shopping. The same thing that happened to dozens of other customers here, happened to me - I placed an order for an item that was supposedly in stock, then eventually received an email stating it was backordered. The email specifically states "Your credit card will not be charged unless the item(s) have arrived off back-order and is shipped to you." I canceled the order almost immediately and found that I was charged a 10% "cancellation fee". I inquired over the phone and got the runaround for 2 days, then I emailed their customer service, and their response was:
"We do see that your cancellation request was made after your order started processing and your order reflected the 'Processing' status on 11/27/2007. At this point, we cannot reverse the cancellation fee..." To me, 'Processing' and 'Shipped' are two very different statuses. I will call once more and if my full refund is not returned, then I will file a claim with the BBB and dispute their charges with my credit card company. At this point these people are nothing more than crooks - who knows if they have any real pairs of glasses, or if all they do is stay in business by charging people cancellation fees?"
"ONE OF THE WORST MERCHANT EVER. THIS HAPPENED TO ME RECENTLY. I MADE AN ORDERED FOR 2 PAIRS OF EYEGLASSES AND WAITED FOR 3 DAYS DIDN'T SEE ANY EMAILS FROM THEM. I EMAILED AND ASKED. THEY SAID THE ITEMS ARE DISCONTINUED AND HAD TO BE ORDERED FROM ITALY. WAITED FOR ANOTHER WEEK AND THE ITEMS WERE STILL NOT IN STOCK. I ASKED TO CANCEL AND THEY CHARGED ME 10% CANCELATION FEE FOR DOING NOTHING. THEY JUST EMAIL BACK AND FORTH TO MAKE MONEY OUTTA CANCELATION FEES I GUESS."
"STAY AWAY from this company. They made an error on my prescription glasses and they want to charge me to have them fixed. I said no and would just return the glasses and they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee.
When they tell you they verify your prescription from your Dr they lie. They don't. Their customer service is extremely nice to potential customers, but as soon as you turn into an actual customer, they become rude and nasty.
Check the delaware better business bureau. They have had numerous complaints lodged against them.
