"DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT buy from this merchant. EVER. They will tell you that there is no one higher up to speak to and cannot give you an alternate number to dial. They will tell you that they will call you back, but they don't. I've been lied to 3 times in the past month. Today is January 27th and my glasses were finally shipped. If you enjoy giving away your money with no hope of getting all of it back should you change your mind in less than 24 hours, then by all means, go ahead order. If you refuse to patronize resellers who practice bait and switch on a regular basis and have 42 complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau of Delaware that have gone unanswered, then you will trust me when I say that go-optic.com is bad news."
"I ordered my prescription glasses on 12/8 and they were ready for shipping on 12/10. Super fast service, easy to navigate website. I just received my glasses yesterday and I'm very happy with them. It came with everything, origianl box, cleaning clothes, lens information, additional options that I ordered and warranty. Absolutely happy with GO-OPTIC. "Go-Optic was GREAT. I am in Canada and checked local eye glass vendors and all pricing was close. I then checked on-line vendors and Go-Optic had the best prices and all on-line vendors were cheaper than stores. But the KEY scam of Optometrists with eye glass sales is they don't give you your PD, that's how they make on-line shopping difficult. Make sure your PD is included in your prescription! My Go-Optic frames were 50% of local costs and delivered to my door in 12 days. Fabulous, I will never buy glasses in a store again. Many Thanks G0-Optic!!

But the product was not...I bought these sun glasses at nordstoms and decided to check online to see if I could get them for less...I ordered from this site, the glasses came, and were a cheap version of what I bought...I wanted to return, no problem with the exception of a 15% restocking fee for sunglasses...I will never order from here again...If you believe in your product and know they are the real deal, you would not have to charge a restocking fee, for no one would return them...Honestly! how hard is it to put these glasses back on a shelf? These glasses were not the real deal to me they looked nothing like the ones I purchased from nordy's...Juicy contour glasses had bling stones, theses glasses had ribbits to be made like ston...Thanks but no Thanks, I'll buy from nordy's I might pay more, but I know I can return them without restock fee and they get the real deal..."
"Very unhappy with this site. I had been looking for a specific pair of hard to find glasses. When I went to the site it advertised that they had them, on sale and in stock! After processing my order and sending me a confirmation, they cancelled the order several days later, saying it was no longer in stock. I checked their website and they still had it listed as in stock. Very frustrating experience!!!"

"Horrible customer service! It took 3 weeks for them to ship out my product and they said they would upgrade my antiglare coating well the glasses were shipped the next day and what seemed to me the same anti glare coating that I ordered. They insisted they upgraded it to a product they don't even offer. I tried to get something resolved but they were very unhelpful. I'm pretty sure one of they customer service folks out right lied to me and posed as a supervisor.
It's cheap but I'm sure a couple for minutes on Google could find glasses for the same price and from an operation that actually cares about their customers."

"This company is terrible!!!! Buyer beware!!! I placed an order on July 7th, received a call saying it would be 4 weeks before they could receive the frame from the manufacturer but I agreed that it would be okay. They put my order on hold stating the billing and mailing address were different, they were not. My order was placed on old for two weeks. I attempted to call them with no luck: called, rang, picked up and hung up or called, picked up, message saying I could press O for the Operator, then received message that operator was unavailable and my call was being disconnected. Emailed SEVERAL times asking for my status with no response. When I emailed on 7/21 telling them to cancel my order I immediately received two back-to-back emails, first one stating that the billing address situation had been handled and that my order was now being processed, second email told me that if I still wished to cancel my order I was going to be charged a cancellation fee even though my order had just started processing 25 minutes earlier. What a joke!!!! Found frames cheaper at another online eyeglass service and the order was immediately processed with frames in stock. Will never to business or recommend Go-Optics again!"
"This is the first time I have ordered anything on-line. I ordered the Ralph Lauren 6010 in black; they are absolutely beautiful! The fit of the lenses in the frame is perfect, the fit of the frame on my face is perfect, they are absolutely flawless! I was a little worried about them being able to accurately position the reading part of the bifocals without having my face there to get measurements. I don't know how they did it, but they nailed it; it is right on! Several of my friends have said "I love your new glasses; they're so..you". I already had one pair of eyeglasses and these were going to be my "emergency pair", but I liked the RL-6010's so much better, they are now my "primary glasses". In addition, the turn-around time was only about 3 days, you must have the bionic optician working there! I have already reccomended your site to several others."
