"I had an excellent experience with sales Jack. I could not find any stores that could match their low prices. Appliances arrived in excellent condition. I did not give a 5 because the it took over a month for delivery of my appliances. Even appliances in stock. 3 rd party delivery changed their dates to deliver my appliances at their convenience. I did speak with staff and discussed my complaint on delivery services. I would use again, but with knowing do not expect the order to get here in less than a month. "
"Bought a stove from home depot not goedekers. Never heard of a goedeker. I would have never ordered anything from whatever this place is. Ebay r Amazon r the name of a business directly. Why would I have trusted a company name goedeker. Wouldn't have. How u got my information I still have know clue. I dont buy from any 1 that want let me pay from my PayPal account. Ordered my stove the end of December & goedeker sends me 1 3 weeks if not longer. Had the 1 from home depot the 1st week of January. I responded 2 goedeker 5 min after ups drops a big box n my yard & the response I got was treating me like a dummy. After a few messages some 1 informs me that I could send it back but I would have to pay 50 to 70 bucks just to ship it. U live in the country. Dont even know where a ups place is located. Google the nearest ups which was a hr from my house. My mom cannot walk & I take care of her every hr of everyday with that b n said I would have had 2 pay a sitter 2 stay with my mom for @ least 3 hrs straight to a ups & back without 1 stop. So we r talking about 70 r close 2 that & that's what gold diggers was telling me I had no clue because I have never shipped anything like a stove. So 70 plus for ups & 20 gas @ least & 100 to a sitter 2 take care of my mom. That's right @ 200 bucks keeping n mine that I have never heard of a gold digger. A good name for the company tho. Tell me that u would have already lost 700 for a stove that got took out of your checking acct plus another 190 r more for a sitter & gas to get stove shipped back to gold digger that u never heard of. Couldn't find any reviews on gold digger so why would I go 2 all that trouble not even knowing if I would get a refund r not. Have a stove that has not been open but gold digger message me that if something didnt look right that I would not get a refund then whoever message me where to shipped this package inform me that the package had 2 b there by a certain date & I am thinking what's the big rush. Gold digger said I ordered a stove the end of December & it was around Jan 20 to 25. Took them almost a month to get the package 2 me that I didnt order. Anyway whoever sent me that date that it had to be there was gonna b on vacation & would not get back til I forgot the date when he would get back. I would have ordered a stove that I was not gonna get til a month later. Who can do without a stove for a month. Exactly. No 1. So stove is still n the original box & I am out of rite @ 700 plus r minus sum. How many families can drop 700 the end of December after xmas & taxes on every u own & give up a month of not having a stove because I guess gold digger thought that I was saving big bucks buying from them. This whole thing is screwed up. I am the 1 out of 700 bucks & gold digger could careless. I am stuck with a dam stove that I didnt order. Live & learn. "
