"When ordering communicated need was to have appliance by or before 1/3/19. Ordered in early December. When had not recd any communication regarding shipment within two weeks of order contacted them. Was told because had ordered black was having to be built. Only reason that was ordered was because was cheaper which was communicated during order communication that took place over phone. So order was changed to stainless. Still not here in time. Got notification that delivery would be on 7th. Had to have someone present. Neighbor as well as another friend were here. When delivery person arrived he could not find appliance on truck so left. Then next day he has found and wants to deliver. I am better than an hour away and have client with me. Told him I could be at home in two hours. He agreed to that but when I called him when in route home he said he had to go back to Atlanta and was already halfway there. This was an hour after we had talked. I was furious and called customer service to state I was cancelling order. Was told only way to do that was to refuse shipment. No mention that I would be charged over $300 for delivery if did this. I refused when contacted next week for delivery and now am in dispute over failure of Goedeker’s to refund my total purchase amount. And by the way that charge occurred long before they ever began shipping process. "
