"Let me start by saying I was impressed with your website as it related to your products and prices. However, after getting a call from my bank, JP Mortgage Chase, concerning multiple charges ( possibly fraud) from your company I became very nervous. Also after opening many tickets, speaking with multiple reps and a couple of disconnections, I finally Judy F. Not only was she very pleasant, she was also very knowledgeable. Prior to speaking with Judy, I was getting the runaround, transferred and getting incorrect information from other representatives. Before reaching Judy the only thing on my mind was a getting a refund and contacting the Better Business Bureau. After having surgery yesterday the last thing I wanted or needed was an issue regarding an order that I thought was on the way. However, that’s exactly what happened. My refrigerator and range was out of stock, however a microwave and dishwasher was on the way. That was not acceptable because I ordered a package by the same manufacturer. Why wouldn’t someone call or email me asking if I wanted two products instead of the four I ordered. Calling to discuss the matter about my products and billing issues Just frustrated me more, not to mention the charges were incorrect (which you guys are making right). In order to ensure I got something, I tried to get another stove and refrigerator which costs more, but surprisingly you didn’t have any in stock. I was amazed how you could have stock when I order, but out the next day. Anyway after speaking with Judy made it so much better. She explained that my products were only temporarily out of stock for about a week. Why couldn’t the other three people explain that? Judy calmed me down and I was forced to humble myself, which is good for a person who believes she’s right often"
