"Appliances connection sent me a damaged freezer. Fortunately I used white glove delivery and was able to reject it on the spot. Their shipper, YF Logistics, was pretty easy to work with.
So far, customer service is processing my claim but has been apologetic and we are still within the allowable processing time for a refund to be issued. I will update when complete.
I ordered a different freezer which was delivered without a hitch. So far so good."
