"Ordered a Frigidaire column refrigerator and freezer set in DEC 2020. I am still waiting to receive them. This delay is apparently due to COVID and ETA is solely up to the manufacturer. I will give kudos to Goedeker's customer service rep Micheal Holley for helping clarify this. Now I will continue to wait patiently and will update this review once I do actually receive the items."

"I happened up Goedekers website and ordered 2 pedestals for my washer and dryer. Note, their website indicated that the items were "in stock", thus the only reason for my order. I received my confirmation email with tracking information (email indicated the items were "in stock"). The amount of almost $700.00 was a debit hold on my account. In the meantime, I wanted to check on my shipping status, so I did so and found that my items were NOT AVAILABLE. Note, I did not receive a separate email indicating that the items were not in stock and unavailable. I called and complained and said I wanted my order cancelled. The rep and his supervisor that assisted me, I will not mention their names, were rude and very, very unprofessional. When I asked the supervisor why their website indicates that the times were available, he said that they "assume" the orders are coming in. I let him know assuming and saying they are in stock are two different things and they were being fraudulent. The supervisor told me I would receive a confirmation email on my cancelled order, which I did not receive. I had to call back and I spoke with Evan. Even was a sweetheart, confirmed that my order had in fact been cancelled and sent me the cancellation email the supervisor should have sent me. Evan should be the one in a management position. Due to my experience with this company, I will not be placing any future orders. 5 Stars for Evan!!"

"it wasn't associate Mike Salcedo's fault, but I had been offered an alternate in-stock freezer on 12/22. But it never processed and when I got around to looking what the heck was the holdup the freezer was gone. I had to settle for a much smaller upright freezer which is kinda a bummer. However Mike was himself very friendly/helpful and left me with all options, even a full refund. In the end after a lot of hand wringing I went with the much smaller one. Its just how it is these days with the WRONG party running the government and screwing it up."
