Although we had purchased the same product from Ashley Furniture a few weeks earlier, Goedekers service far outweighed our experience with the other furniture store. By comparison, Ashley Furniture delivered damaged product on their first 3 delivery attempts and provided misinformation as well as a lack of contact in resolving the issues. In contrast, we were notified immediately by Goedekers that our item was on back-order and they continued to notify us of the product status.
