"We ordered a refrigerator and it was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks and no refrigerator. There has been no contact from them and when we call they say they will call back or send an email. They don't. I called again yesterday and was told it will be 3 1/2 weeks and they will charge $300.00 (shipping which is supposed to be free) to refund. The lady I spoke to said she would call the manager and would email back with the results. There is no email. I will be contacting the BBB and the FCC. What a racket! "

I placed the order on a Tuesday and was told it would be transferred from the warehouse that Friday and I would have them approximately 5 to 7 business days after that. It ended up taking close to a month for me to receive them. If you're not looking to receive them quickly this is a good place to get appliances."
