"Well, I asked them to pick up a lot I had purchased at auction to pack and ship. We agreed on a price but I never heard anything for two weeks. I tried to contact but got "no reply" email. Finally got email that it had been picked up. The problem was that I was not TOLD they could not pick it up quickly and lead to believe that they would. Had I been told I would have found someone else to ship it sooner. I really thought I was never going to get my lot.
Very unprofessional. I thought at least they would give me a discount under the circumstances. Didn't even have the courtesy to address that when I asked."
