"The communication was terrible. They were supposed to crate our item on site, and they didn't. When we called to see when it would be shipping they told us a couple weeks, we were originally told 5 days. They didn't pick up all the items that were on our quote and then told us they did. We sent them photos of everything that arrived and they never responded. The trucker they hired to freight the 1000 pound printer showed up in flip flops to unload it. Would not recommend! "

The team that picked up my shipment were also extremely professional, and they handled all the framed artwork with care. The third-party shipping company wasn't as communicative, so was never clear on which day to expect delivery. The glass of one of the large pieces of artwork had broken during the shipping process, unfortunately. However, the frame and art were undamaged due to the exceptional packing job by Navis. Glass replacement was costly to repair as I did not insure the shipment. I know for next time. Yes, I would use Navis again."

"The packaging was perfect and the logistics went fairly smooth although their was no broker assigned with Navis. This creates more work for the shipper and receiver. When we ship internationally the transportation company communicates everything with the international broker and they also let us know what is needed. That did not happen in this case. The receiver did most all of the communications regarding clearance, etc.

Overall we are satisfied with Navis and will continue using their services.
