However, tracking was confusing as the tracker showed the trunk had been delivered to "Consignee". but our son Chris, whom we thought was the 'Consignee" really wasn't. The signature was Andy. Tracking stopped there. Upon calling Steven, he advised that the 'consignee" was an interim stop and the trunk would be turned over to the "White Glove" delivery service which would contact Chris for final delivery. This has happened and we are relieved to. know that the trunk will be delivered to our son tomorrow.

Would recommend that the tracking function be more transparent to show the final delivery rather than an interim stop which showed the delivery was complete when it really wasn't. Would save a lot of anxiety."
