"I have had multiple positive experiences with Navis Pack and Ship. On one occasion, however, a small package was sent to the correct street address but to an adjacent town on the Gulf Coast. I immediate notified Navis. The package was extremely important to me, so I drove to the other town to find it. What I discovered was an empty lot. Navis had immediately contacted the shipper which returned the package to Navis. I was relieved it was safe. Then Navis resent it to me at no charge with a hand-written address label. It turns out that some computers will Automatically change the name of my small town to the larger city next door. Since then, Navis has been alert to this and, I think, manually enters my street address and town name. I have never had another problem.
Also, when I had a large shipment arrive and my husband was away overnight, I worried that I would not be able to move the shipment from the street to the front door. Navis contracted with an excellent carrier out of Memphis (I believe). I wish I still remembered the name. While the driver was not allowed to enter my home, he immediately suggested that he back down a side street to my back gate and unload the palettes next to the gate. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. And I was very relieved to get the large palettes and boxes off of the main street.
Everyone at Navis has been professional and pleasant at all times and I will gladly continue to work with them in the future.
