On Sep 3, I received a text saying our shipment had arrived in San Diego and that I would be contacted to schedule delivery. I waited 5 days and no one contacted me so I called Coleman Moving to set up the delivery. When the furniture was delivered one item was damaged. I called Navis and sent photos on Sep 23 but so far have not heard back regarding the damaged shipment. "

After a long delay getting it shipped I asked for consideration from the Phoenix office that was going to deliver it to move me up and they said no your delivery is set when we receive your furniture. I explained that I had to wait so long and they said they could not help.
