She was efficient is helping me to plan shipping a special piece of family furniture across the country. She ensured that I knew the process and costs upfront. She made arrangements for pickup, and our antique desk was carefully packaged and delivered is a very reasonable timeframe. The delivery man came within the given time-window and was also very pleasant to deal with. I would happily use Navis again."

"Took a while to get packed and shipped, and the price wasn't stellar, but the goods got here safely. (expensive scientific equipment). The owner Peter could use a lesson in customer service, but like I said, the shipment got here safe and I am happy. I likely wouldn't use them again, solely based on the owners attitude. If you're going to run a small business, don't insult your customers. Based on some of your responses to some of the other reviews, I'd say this isn't an exclusive problem to me by any means. Lighten up Pete, I know this is a tough industry with a lot of very **** off people who want their shipment yesterday. All in all, they are a solid Navis franchise that got the job done well."
