"I shipped 13 boxes of personal effects from Toronto to Mountain View CA. Navis picked them up from inside my house and delivered them inside an apartment in Mountain View. Navis handled all the interactions with US customs. The boxes were not damaged in any way and there were no issues with US customs. My interactions with Navis were all by email and telephone. The Navis person (Bernice) was professional, polite, patient and helpful. I am 100% satisfied."

"Navis Pack and Ship destroyed irreplaceable Vintage furniture being in my family for several decades.
The packing was below substandard. One of the crates was dropped and the contents were damaged beyond repair, glass shuttered and broken parts.
They dropped the broken crates off in the driveway and run away hurriedly.
I had increased the insurance to $4,000.00 and after several months of communicating with incompetent representatives they issued a check for $1,000.00
I sincerely hope no one has to go through a horrific ordeal like I did.
