"We shipped antique furniture, some fragile, twice. First, my daughter had a great experience moving from Durham to NYC. Then, my husband and I moved antique furniture from NYC to rural Iowa. Aisha, Desiree and their team were always professional and attentive to detail through establishing estimates and signing contracts. The pick up crew were friendly and professional. Our furniture items were meticulously wrapped and boxed and there was no damage done to anything. On the Iowa end, Navis’s delivery partner (Hotshots) lost one table and two boxes. Desiree and Aisha pursued the lost items with vigor and they were found and delivered a week after the first delivery. They are aware of the possible issues with the local delivery driver.
