"I shipped 13 boxes of personal effects from Toronto to Mountain View CA. Navis picked them up from inside my house and delivered them inside an apartment in Mountain View. Navis handled all the interactions with US customs. The boxes were not damaged in any way and there were no issues with US customs. My interactions with Navis were all by email and telephone. The Navis person (Bernice) was professional, polite, patient and helpful. I am 100% satisfied."
"The arrangements for pick-up was easy and the transport was timely however, the desk arrived with 2 damaged legs. The desk was not properly packaged and something heavy must have been placed on top of the box that contained the desk which crushed the box and damaged the 2 wooden legs. It has been difficult dealing with Metro White Glove to arrange to have the desk repaired. The desk is still not repaired. Would not recommend Metro White Glove for transporting furniture or fragile items. "
"I thought I was going to get the package before Christmas, not 4 days after Christmas. Not sure what went wrong but received notification today that it would not arrive until the 29th, more than two weeks after I made arrangements with NAVIS to send it. I understand that weather may have been a factor, but two weeks?"
" It was well-packed and protected for the several hundred mile journey. Thank you. One detail I would add is to have the delivering company (New Penn) communicate with the destination. I did not receive a call or txt regarding delivery time of day, but since I'm working from home during the pandemic it was not a problem. Thanks again for a job well done!"
