"Hello Elin,
The package finally arrived in Santa Cruz today, Thursday, December 3. Supposedly it left Glendale on Wednesday November 25 on UPS Freight and you told me it would take "2 or 3 days ". It took 8 days. Since the 26th was Thanksgiving, it is understandable that it wouldn't have arrived Friday or Saturday. The UPS Freight tracking system said it was going to arrive Monday, November 30, which would have been acceptable. Then, on the 30th, UPS called the receiver, my brother, and said it wasn't coming until Wednesday, yesterday December 2. My brother asked why it wasn't being delivered on the tracking schedule, and the UPS rep said, "Oh, you can't go by those things". What?? Then, when my brother talked to them again yesterday, they said it wouldn't get there then either, because " We picked up a lot of new stuff and now your item is buried at the front of the trailer and we can't get to it." What?? UPS Freight is an experienced company. That is just sheer laziness by the driver to not move our package back near the lift gate so it could be delivered and unloaded anywhere close to the scheduled date. The entire experience has been unsatisfactory. I paid over $1,000 to ship this item, and received very poor service from your carrier. Please call me. Pat Love ***-***-**** "
