"Made a order for the 9th of Sept.for a kenwood xm100v and (Next Day Shipping). It took over a week to process.I then got a confirmation a stating that my item was shipped via ups next day air.... 5 days later my package arrives in the orignal box and not in a bigger box with peanuts or bubble wrap etc. After looking at the UPS tag they shipped it via UPS ground and not next day air as I paid $30 for shipping. After paying roughly $35 to have the product shipped to me the company is asking me to not only pay for return shipping of their defective product but also is expecting me to pay shipping a THIRD time to have a replacement product shipped back.
