"I purchased a pair of Shark Speakers for my husbands motorcycle. Shipping was great, he hooked up the speakers in no time, has had them on his bike about a week now, noticed the remote wasn't working properly. Went online and chatted with a customer service rep. who was very polite. They are sending another remote at no charge. So happy to see that there are still companies out there who care about there customers satifaction.

"I purchased a two rider "motorcycle bluetooth multi interphone headset" from GoodDeals18 a little over a year ago. Because of the great price, I was a little skeptical about the the quality of the product I had ordered and the company I ordered it from. It came missing a couple of small mounting clips. I was ready for a frustrating few weeks of emails and phone calls to get the parts I needed. The customer service people had the parts sent to me in a couple of days and the device has worked great.
