"I like the discount experience when it is applied to brand names. Beall's Outlets seem to have good quality items available at great prices. I don't really care for the quality of the clothing at Goody's - except for the Alfred Dunner line that is sometimes available. Most of it is cheaply made and does not hold up - Rafaella, Zac & Rachel, Hannah, Rebecca Malone, etc."

She was very friendly and very helpful and even showed me an additional item which I also purchased! She gave me her card and is going to contact me when new or gift items become available. "I visited Goody's to rent a tux for my upcoming prom. The associate who helped me was extremely friendly, and helped me through the entire process of choosing a tuxedo by recommending different types of tuxedos, being very patient while I decided which one to choose, and just generally making my visit and ordering process an enjoyable and stress free experience. I have not received better customer service from any other store I had considered ordering a tuxedo from."

"My only complaint was with the cashier who rudely said the coupon would not work. BTW, it did work. I went in on my Birthday to use my birthday coupon and she was just plain snippy. Had it been her virthday month & I was the cashier I would have wished her a happy birthday & invited her back. I have rarely been in a Goody's where I am helped finding anything or seen where anyone is being helped with adding to their purchase. On the other hand the stores are always neat and clean and the racks do not screech when you move the hangers across the bars."
