"I like the store's easy to see/find displays - and the associates are helpful but not annoying - usually you can find someone to help you very quickly. I think at my particular store they rest rooms could certainly use some 'updating' - it is not really unsanitary - but on a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 6-7"

"I absolutely enjoy using your discount coupons I get on the mail or via text. I try to visit the store on tuesdays to enjoy the 40 & fab discount. I was surprised that you don't apply all the time, this time I had a 30% coupon so, that I couldn't get a 20% on top of that.. and I went out of budget s little. Took my 40 years to turn 40, so please add it. :) It's a little tricky having mail coupons of different kinds, cash, % off with restrictions and now cash rewards printed on the receipt. I probably had thrown many cash rewards on receipts already. Would be nice to bank the cash rewards in one place ? Confused if this is different than the cash rewards on the statement. Thanks."
