"I am disgruntled. I received an email coupon this morning so I decided to come in and get a birthday present for my daughter. I picked out 2 pairs of boots. I had a 50% off boots coupon. When I got to the register it would not take off the 50%. I refused to buy them. Why didn't the coupon apply? It gave me the 20% off your purchase. Not enough. I came in specifically to get boots. Unhappy customer."

"Goody's is one of two better brand carrying stores in our area. The next set of stores are approx. 45 minutes from my house. I am only able to drive short distances - due to eyesight and physical limitations. So, this store is a needed option for me. I would love to see this store's intimate apparel (bras, ****, lingerie) section fully stocked."
"I love to shop Goody's Your staff especially Dawn the manager is exceptional in customer service. Shee really went above and beyond in helping me and a friend. We were both looking for Bedspreads and shams. She was able to satisfy both of us although one of us she was able to order the products online! Bam!she sold me! At first I was reluctant to order it online but Dawn was very good at her job..Lol And Associate by the name of Brit also they were very good team players this is very important in customer service where retail is concerned! Hats off to both these employees of yours! An asset for sure. Also a step up from the previous manager at this Goody's location! Especially in customer service!These are difficult times in retail and good help is hard to find and Keep."

"My experience was with our local Goody's store we don't even have a Stage. However with that being said it was really great. the store manager was exceptional i feel she went above and beyond. i recall her first name was Dawn and the associate's name was Brit. Both of these employees are an asset to your company and should be commended for their customer service. The prior store manager did lack in customer skills. These two are for sure team players. I really enjoy shopping at Goody's!"
