"There were 3 locations within 35 minutes of so from my home. I have never visited a Goody's (Pebbles, Beals, etc) and left without a purchase, even when I needed nothing (which is usually the case). I always find bargains that I can't resist. Nearly always, the associates are friendly and helpful beyond words. There was a time or two that I found an associate to be a bit blasé, but they didn't last long. If I had a complaint, it would not be with the store locations, but with the website. I find navigation to be slightly user-unfriendly, particularly in paying my bill online. Other than that, cudos! Definitely no complaints."

"While we were trying on clothes in the fitting room, one of the associates, Vickie, from the Batesville,IN store, requested that my two sisters and I place the unwanted clothes from ourselves and others back in their appropriate places because there was three of us and only one of her. This was her job, not ours. We were not very happy she insisted we do her job for her. We thought it was rude and inconsiderate as we were the customers, not employees."
