"i have been to other Goody store and this is one of the nicer , clean, friendly store is batesville and your harrison store.The manager Heather is very nice and has great peoples skill. She and her assisted manager Kim do such a great job. THEY ALSO HAVE A GOOD TEAM THAT WORKS WELL TOGETHER.They also have a young girl that works a this location as well named Jasmine and she too is a very good worker and smiling and greets her customers with such kind words and always eager to help and assist.not sure but i believe that since you have become a where of your outstanding employees and manager at this GOODYS that you to will appreciate the hard work these ladies do for you all day in and out , as they do for their customers. I shop no where else really i love the goodys in batesville it is truly a delight to shop there and be helped and greeted by such nice and kind and caring women as Goodys has in these 3 employees . "I love shopping at the Goody's in my hometown. One thing I would request is getting more of a selection for Plus Size section. When I am shopping for my mother their isn't much of a selection at the Batesville store. Sometimes we can find something at the Greensburg store but depends on when we go there."

"The sales associate barked at another employee and then greeted me at the Clinique counter with a roll of her eyes and a big sigh. I was speechless for a second and then recomposed and asked her for help purchasing a foundation. She stated she did not know the color I needed because the colors do not go in order and she usually works the Estee Lauder counter. I asked when the Clinique sales lady would be working and she stated she didn't know and did not offer to check. She did not offer to let me see the colors and just impatiently waited for me to choose something. Because I was out of foundation, I bought 2 foundations that I will manually mix together and will never return here for any makeup needs in the future. I am a medical aesthetician who refers many of my clients to this counter for makeup. I will not be doing this again in the future for fear they will be greeted with the same disdain and lack of help and knowledge that I received. No amount of convenience and proximity to my home is worth being treated that way when there are so many other options out there. Sorry Goody's. You lost a faithful customer and referral source. You would do best to take a hard look at Valerie's customer service methods by sending a manager to be her customer."
