"I travel 1 1/2 hrs. to purchase Clinique products because of the sales person. Unfortunately she left and others lack her sales manner and expertise. She would call me or send a card when sales began or new products came in. Now...they couldn't care less. It's a different culture in the store. I still shop there because I am in this town about 1 time a month."
