"My first time survey a little long"

"I was a little aggravated. The sale was buy one top and get one half off so I found the top I wanted and I was going to get the one top for $44.00 and the other one would be $22.00. I wanted one in black and one in blue. The problem was they did not have my size in blue, so I went to the associate at the register and asked her if I could order the one in blue and still get the sale on the black one. She said that was fine so we proceeded on. I told her I wanted it sent to my home since the store was over 30 miles from my home and she said that was fine but later I saw that she charged me $5.00 for shipping. She said she had to do a separate transaction. I charged it to my Goodys account and then I told her I wanted the black one also since it would be 1/2 the price and would be $22.00 and she told me she could not do that since it was two separate transactions. I told her the sale said buy one and get one half off. She said she was sorry but she could not do it. By then I was aggravated that I had even bought anything but I wanted that top. She said she could use a coupon and reduce it some but not down to $22.00. After much time had passed, and both of us getting impatient, I thought she might ask someone for help to give me the sale price but she did not, I finally agreed to getting the top at $26.40 plus tax. That was not right, I was suppose to get the one top for $44.00 and the other one for $22.00, she had told me I could do that when I went to the register and inquired. I thought this was a shame and in my book, false advertising. I love Goodys and I will return to your store in London,KY from time to time but I will probably dodge the store in LaFollette, TN because of this incident. Now my Goodys account has a larger balance on it than it should because of me not being given the sale price I was promised. You probably don't even read these but I think this was shameful and at least I told someone about it whether you see it or not."
