"The store was a complete mess. Another person hopped on register and started ringing out the people who had not been waiting in line instead of helping who was next. She did this several times. I was extremely aggravated bc I waited over 10 min in line. The person who ended up ringing me out was Joni per my receipt. Associate number 002905078. Joni was AMAZING!!! Even though I was clearly annoyed with the service Joni was upbeat and super friendly. We chatted a bit. Definitely changed my mood really quickly. Not sure if this message will get to this employee but if it does my job is hiring! Joann Fabric!"

"A shirt I wanted to purchase wasn’t marked & when Cociescha asked for the price the numbers given seemed much higher than she expected. She doubled checked & found the actual shirt was half of what the first numbers given were. It was nice of her to make sure I was charged what the actual cost was & not the much higher price.
